Compassion in Dying are at the forefront of helping to inform and empower people of their rights and choices regarding end-of-life care.
They got in touch to ask me to design their flagship publication titled 'Planning Ahead: My treatment and care'. This practical guide gives people the information they need to understand how treatment and care decisions are made, how they can plan ahead to ensure they stay in control of these decisions, and who to talk to and share their wishes with.
A sensitive and positive visual tone of voice was key to this publication and I felt the illustration style of Lisbon based artist Cami Dobrin was perfect for the job.
