Located on the northerly clifftops of the windswept Scottish Isle of Orkney, Swannay Brewery is the birthplace of a range of multi award-winning bottled and cask beers. I was asked by Swannay Brewery's Lewis Hill to design pump clips for a new limited edition range of small batch cask beers.
Brewing in a rustic farmstead Swannay Brewery is in a unique location, so close to the Atlantic Ocean that it is often showered in it's spray. These designs tapped into this by using ocean and rock pool inspired abstract art as a backdrop for contemporary typography. Colours were bold and vivid to set them apart from competitors on the busy bar tops.
